Group Trustee nominations 2027

As mentioned in our previous edition, the company has extended the terms of the four member nominated trustees until 30 June 2027. This decision was made in accordance with RWE Group rules to allow the existing Group Trustees to continue supporting ongoing projects.

We expect the nomination process to begin again in 2027. We encourage members to get involved by putting themselves forward for nomination if they are eligible or by voting if an election takes place.

We will keep members updated as plans progress.

Privacy notice update

Most organisations have a privacy notice that explains what happens to the personal information they collect and the rights individuals have under data protection law. We have recently updated our privacy notice, which explains how we collect, use and share information about our members.

Financial updates and reports 2026

Some of our yearly financial reports and statements for 2026 are now available. They provide more information about RWE Group's financial position and how it is managing climate-related risks and opportunities.
