How to go paperless

Going paperless means that, instead of receiving letters and a printed Pensions Plus from us, you can opt to receive everything online. 

If you have internet access and an email address, going paperless can have several benefits: 

  • You will get more news faster by signing up for email alerts 

  • We are less likely to lose touch with you (for example, if you change address) 

  • You will have less paperwork to keep track of as everything is online 

  • It is more sustainable and better for the planet 

Step 1: Log in or register for LIFETRACK

You can get to LIFETRACK via the icon in the top right hand corner of this website or by selecting the link below.

You will need a User ID and password to register or login. If you have forgotten these or are having problems logging in, the webpage will help you contact the administration team at WTW who will be able to help.

Step 2: Sign up for paperless 

You can choose to receive emails from us instead of printed communications, helping both the environment and the speed at which you receive information. 

You can update your preferences at any time and if you do make the switch but change your mind you can update your details again when it suits you.
