Last year we launched our online member guides so you could access the most up-to-date information about your benefits at any time. Now is a great time to revisit yours and rediscover your benefits.

Five reasons to revisit your online guide

Whether you need a quick answer or want to dig into the detail – your online guide is a great place to start. Here are five reasons why it is worth taking another look:

1. Get to grips with your pension - find clear information about how the RWE Group works and the benefits you may be entitled to.

2. Plan for your life stage - whether you have not yet taken your pension, are receiving a pension or are a dependant you will find information that is relevant to you.

3. Protect your loved ones - understand what happens to your pension after you die and the benefits that may be available to your beneficiaries or dependants.

4. Find answers quickly - use the search function and interactive navigation to jump straight to the information you need.

5. Read it your way - access the guide on your phone, tablet or computer whenever you need it. If you prefer a paper copy you can print any page knowing you have the latest version.

How do I find my guide?

There are different guides for the Main, 2005 or 60ths Sections. You can find your correct online guide by logging into LIFETRACK and going into ‘Scheme News and Information’.
